Also Jesus could create a positive mental picture about the future- the kingdom of God. It was a new paradigm. It enabled him to see the whole creation in a new light and to strive for the attainment of his ideals. He could retain this positive mental picture through one his life. It was the sole reason that moved Jesus forward into the progressive realization of his beautiful dreams. His dreams created a great desire within him to realize his mission as it was said in Brihadaranyaka Upanishad.
You are what your deep driving desire is
As your desire is, so is your will
As your will is, so is your deed
As your deed is, so is your destiny (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad IV. 4.5)
